I just wanna thank these guys so much for their commitment and endless customer service. I only needed an oil change to travel outta town not knowing I need service for other things I wouldn't have had time to do. I greatly appreciate Jake and Aragon for outstanding service and informative information, making sure I was informed to the fullest on my vehicle issues and didn't try to sell me products that I didn't need or want, without visual proof or explaining the importance of the product for the trip, making sure my vehicle Both went above and beyond to assure my vehicle was properly serviced for my trip. I made it home safe with no issues.
The two gentlemen that help me first of all I'm an old grumpy 6-year-old disabled vet I'm not easily impressed these two guys were above professional they were excellent describing everything cuz of their service I usually do everything myself because of their service and their explanation communication skills I will be going to this take five as long as I am Harlingen and this is I do not know who they are I just know that the two individuals they were there at 9:00 in the morning or excellent workers and customer service which I have a in certificate and customer service was excellent. Like I said I'm not easily impressed but do whatever you can to maintain this group as your employees
Friendly & FAST! First time here and I will no longer take my vehicle anywhere else. Argon, Ser, & Rafael made me feel comfortable bringing my car for service. I could tell they were being honest with their recommendations and transparent with every thing they were servicing during my short visit. I never felt pressured and I truly appreciated that. Thank you!
