Fantastic service, very thorough. The manager was excellent, he walked me through the oil change options and never pressured me into purchasing services that I didn’t need. He talked me into a rear diff service, which I was going to do myself but I can’t even purchase the gear oil for the price he charged, a no-brainer to let them handle it. I was very pleased and I’ve always had great service with the Granbury location. I think the only downside was the wait (I was in no hurry); if they want to compete with like a Kwik Kar or Valvoline, etc, they need more staffing. One guy below deck and another on the computer means one car at a time and it took at least 30 minutes for my vehicle, meaning the other bays are stacking up and folks behind them were leaving. Just my two cents and thanks for excellent service!

Haley Acker,Mult time user. They do a thorough job of checking the vital liquids and other parts of your car (trans, filters, fluids etc). This takes a reasonable amount of time to complete. They did a very good job. You have a very good and competent crew working on your vehicle. I have used them many times with all my vehicles. Never had an issues with service.
Michael Adams,I didn’t actually get any service done, but I went for an oil change. The technicians let me know that my oil still looked good. They gave me a sticker to check back in with them later. I was shocked they didn’t just go ahead and change the oil. Honesty goes a long ways in my book. So I’ll definitely go back when it is time.
