I have been using the Centerville Rd. In Garland, TX location for 20 years. EVERY time I am there, I get world-class service in terms of the oil change and the customer service. On this visit, Alex and, in particular, Anthony, were prime examples of employees representing the Take 5 brand. Anthony was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. And, our interaction included a little bit of humor which ALWAYS makes for a very pleasant experience. I noticed the oil change price was higher than I paid in the past. Not Anthony’s fault. The economy we are in is affecting all kinds of prices in every industry. Even more important to me, Anthony showed my my air filter and told me it could make it to my next oil change. He also said my coolant could be replaced but I’d I wanted to wait on that too, he said it would make it. I know these employees are encouraged to upsell as much as possible. But to be told the truth, that the services or parts could make it another 4,000 miles was refreshing to hear as a consumer! Take 5 is my oil change business as long as I keep getting professional young men or women like Anthony!
Yesterday morning I went to go get an oil change two guys help me one done my oil change they both for the best that evening I went back cuz my check engine light was on I needed to get it reset it was a different shift so it was another guy he came and he done his thing so those three were like the best personality workers customer service everything it was one African-American two caucasians hands down the best everything I will be back.
Had a really good experience here. The staff was super friendly, and they got my oil change done pretty fast. Everything was easy and I never felt like they were trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. It was a smooth visit and I’ll definitely be back the next time my car needs an oil change. Definitely recommend checking them out!
