Oil Change in Garland, TX at 5714 Broadway Blvd

James was the greatest example of professionalism. Upon entering the establishment James greeted me and his approach was very professional and courteous. Once I pulled into the bay James was awesome at explaining the benefits of all of the different services as well as the benefits of changing the cabin air filter. Which I had not done in a long while. I was so embarrassed when I seen the color of it. He also asked me if I had any questions, which caught me off guard since I’ve never been asked that since becoming a customer. And the Rowlett, Tx location was offering 25% off for teachers but it didn’t entice me, plus it’s not always about the money it’s the quality of service that makes a difference to me. And I passed right on by and came to this location. And I’m beyond glad that I did. James made a great impression on me, that young man is the clear example of what management should have as an example for your entire team. And I have to say the other gentlemen who were on duty when I came through were outstanding as well. Great team, great service and great location. 100% percent recommended. Thank you gentlemen and I look forward to many more returns. 5/27/26

I recently visited Take 5 for an oil change. The staff was very friendly and provided solid customer service throughout my visit. They were polite, quick, and made the process easy. The only downside was the price — it has gone up since my last visit, and I wasn’t too happy about that part and a military discount helped a little, Still, the service itself was decent, and the team did a good job overall.

Kalob was absolutely awesome and extremely helpful with the services provided. He took the time to explain every detail in a clear and professional manner, making sure I fully understood what was being done. He also extended available specials, which encouraged me to invest in the long-term care and lifespan of my vehicle. I was at the broadway location to get my oil changed. The technicians were very friendly. I was pulled into the stall right away. He explained which oil was best for my car and driving habits. Service was complete in a timely manner and my fluid levels were checked. I needed washer fluid and he topped it off. I will definitely be back for my next service.

The service at this location was great, it’s hard to find a Take 5 that consistently does a good job. The technician mentioned that my car needed antifreeze, even though I had it replaced just two oil changes ago. I do drive more than average, so I get oil changes every two months. However, I’m disappointed overall because I’ve spent a lot of money on services that weren’t done correctly. A previous visit didn’t include enough antifreeze, and another location gave me the wrong air filter. It’s frustrating to have to pay twice for the same service. I also had to visit two different locations the day before coming to this store one didn’t have the oil filter in stock, and the other didn’t have a certified technician available to service my Crosstrek That said, this specific location did a good job, and I don’t have any complaints about their service.
