The employees were great did everything as quickly as possible!!! There was a line a couple times but when they only have so many spaces and so many employees they can only do what they can do.besides the wait it was a breeze. The reps were great!!! Friendly, great knowledge of their jobs, stayed moving. Never did I see an employee just standing around or texting or talking on their phone with a lot of customers none of that.they are great at this location. Thanks again I appreciate yall
Came to get my oil changed and West attended me and was very informative of everything I needed to know about my car. I’ve been to other take 5’s and I feel like they’re always just trying to sell me new items for my car. But it felt so different here, west seemed more informative and just explaining to me what they were used for and if it was truly necessary to get changed. T was the technician and changed my oil very quickly. Overall I left really happy and genuinely the best service I’ve received at take 5.
Literally everyone at this store is amazing. My SUV broke down while in one of their lanes before I could even get into their covered garage and they helped me move it out of the way, gave me ice cold water because it’s 100° outside, and checked in on my every so often to make sure I was okay while I waited on my tow truck and Lyft ride. The Manager, she is so sweet and the guys here are so nice and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you to everyone here!
