On Sunday 10/04, I was on my way to drop my mom at work when the tyre pressure light came on. I drove all along Broadway and no shop was open. On my way back, I noticed take5 was open. I drove in and met James. I told him I needed air and he didn't hesitate. He proceeded to offer me a bottle of water and while he was simultaneously attending to another client, he made sure he assisted me as soon as possible especially since I had a crying baby with me at the back. What was even amazing is that when I offered to pay, James refused and told me he did it for free. I just want to take this moment appreciate his services and let this company know James is a keeper. If James read this, I want him to know that gesture meant everything to me. Thank you.
Had a quick oil change but left with a coolant flush and two new air filters. Coolant flush was also very quick and Marcel was very informative and patient. Not sure of the name of the guy who helped him as well, but he was also super kind. Will be back for my next one! Tip for next time, it would be helpful if they stated everything they checked for and all liquids that they had to top off.
The employees were great did everything as quickly as possible!!! There was a line a couple times but when they only have so many spaces and so many employees they can only do what they can do.besides the wait it was a breeze. The reps were great!!! Friendly, great knowledge of their jobs, stayed moving. Never did I see an employee just standing around or texting or talking on their phone with a lot of customers none of that.they are great at this location. Thanks again I appreciate yall
