Oil Change in Fort Worth, TX at 3319 Hulen St.

I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change at 3319 Hulen St. in Fort Worth this morning! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. Even though two employees were already working on another vehicle, one of them immediately greeted me, and I was directed into another bay right away. Angel and Damian were both courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. What really stood out was how well they worked together as a team and their positive demeanor. I heard Angel check on Damian to see how he was doing down there while under my truck, and as they wrapped up my service, they double-checked with each other to make sure all fluids were topped off and all caps were tightened. That attention to detail gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. They also asked if I needed air on my tires, which was a first for me during an oil change at Take 5. I gladly took them up on the offer! When Angel handed me my next oil change reminder sticker, he also explained that they offer free fluid top-offs and tire pressure checks between oil changes. I hadn't noticed that before, and I really appreciated him taking the time to let me know. It's refreshing to receive service from people who are not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely seem to care about doing a good job. Angel and Damian are a great example of what customer service should look like. I'll definitely be returning to this location! Thank you, Angel and Damian, for such a great experience.

Went for an oil change.also got a new air filter thanks to their key eye to detail, noticing my air filter was dirty. Samuel and Angel were super professional and polite getting the job done with the quickness. this review was not forced, but definitely requested. For oil change Needs please feel free to stop at this location and hopefully you get Angel and Samuel so you get the best service as I did. But this Take five does not have the machine that prints the numbers on your miles sticker they are handwritten.

I had a great experience with Monk and Damian! They did an excellent job changing my vehicle’s oil, replacing the cabin air filter, and taking care of my inspection sticker.
