Service was good, the workers were respectful and offered me water. BUT the price, and final payment was bad to my knowledge, they appear to be more expensive than the dealership even with my $25.00 discount. After this, l am returning to the dealership. Tried them because of the discount and ended up paying more than expected. It appears the discount was somewhat incorporated into the price strategically and skillfully in their pricing system. I did oil change, and was told will get a free top off between oil change. I will see how that plays out by end of July, 2026. Thanks.
Best experience we’ve had at take five in a minute. Our technician set us up with a cool spot to take care of our newborn while we waited. It was really thoughtful. Also helped us with our windshield wiper that we’ve been needing to replace. We didn’t have to ask for anything he took care of it all. Wish I had caught his name.
The experience that I had today at Take 5 Oil Change was beyond professional. The questions I had about my vehicle were answered and the service was unbelievable. It’s important to be able to ask questions when I am having my car worked on! I didn’t feel taken advantage of price wise and they went over and beyond to make me feel at ease. Car stuff can be stressful so it was nice to have a good experience for a change! I can’t recommend Take 5 Oil Change on Hulen enough.
