I absolutely love this Take 5 Oil Change location. It’s honestly my favorite place to come for an oil change. The staff is always friendly and professional, and every visit is a great experience. I especially want to recognize Pana for doing such an amazing job. He was extremely helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. He suggested a few things my car needed that I honestly didn’t know about, and he took the time to explain everything clearly to me. As a woman, I really appreciated how respectful and informative he was without making me feel pressured or talked down to. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Pana truly went above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure their vehicles are taken care of. This location continues to be my go-to spot because of experiences like this. Thank you again, Pana!
Paula Nelson,Quite frankly may be the best in the metroplex. Your team is highly motivated quick, courteous, and thoughtful. From the water while I wait to making sure I am aware of all my choices when it comes to my oil and filters available for my model of truck to the last finishing touches of cleaning my windshield to wiping the hood off incase there are fingerprints. Leadership is evident. Leaders begat leaders. I have given some great reviews in the past and also given some tough feedback about other stores. Aaron was very attentive and cared about my safety in the heat he made sure I wasn’t overheated and asked plenty of times if I wanted water to stay hydrated. He also didn’t try to push any extra services on me when I told him beforehand I just wanted the oil change. Thank you Aaron!!
