Staff greeted us very politely and let us know what to expect. I really liked how they offered us water while we waited in the car. We did notice that some workers were not as experienced and asked me about the tire pressure and what does my tires use, which I have no No knowledge of that subject, I just told him that I wasn't sure and that maybe it said it on the tire, so He went to look and put the pressure he thought and asked me if that's ok, I just said yes. Another worker did not know where the Cabin air filter was located or how to open the glove box, and stumbled and fell down outside the vehicle. They apologized for the long wait as two cars already had gone through Oil changes and maintenance and left. They were trying to figure out how to reset the oil maintenance warning on my car then they had to call Manager. But all in all they were really nice, and the price was good.
Great customer service and awesome communication skills starting with management. Very nice of them to provide you with water. Already told friends and family about Take 5 and I hope they get the same friendly experience as well as I did. Welcome to Del Rio Take 5!
