I was approached by a gentleman who greeted me with the water and asked me what kind of services I need today I will change and then direct me to Bay number two after that I spoke to another service writer who is very thorough with all the information and later on I was approached by another worker, which I assume was the manager who spoke English and Spanish, very fluently and I find that amazing Overall, good customer service, and good communication skills
Got there and there was a vehicle ahead of me but was offered cold water bottle while I waited. When they did get to me service was fast and they were very courteous. They showed me how my air filters were pretty used up and gave me a discount on the 2 I replaced. They went over everything in detail, great job keep up the good work.
The entire crew was friendly, timely, & professional. Excellent customer service! Let me know where my vehicles were at and gabe recommendations on what was needed and what was irrelevant for my vehicle. 10/10 will go back!.
