This location (Take 5 off Belt Line and Alexis) has the kindest employees! Whoever trains this specific location has got it going on. Your trickle down reflects the upper management and Shawn, Ruben, and Allen were the dream team today. My wife has yet to ever have a negative experience here and she has been a loyal customer for almost 2 decades now. Offering water to clients is such great customer service. Everyone has wonderful manners and we are always so eager to support this business!

I had a fantastic experience at the Take 5 location on Beltline Rd. I went to this location because I needed an oil change and a state inspection, so had called ahead to make sure someone was available to do the inspection. Ryan greeted me with a bottle of water (nice touch, guys!) and was very friendly. He took time to explain every step performed during the services rendered, but without condescension. He patiently answered any questions I had, and I was not pressured to pay for any services I did not want at the time. I was very happy with my experience. Even though it’s a little farther to drive, and Take 5 is a little more than I’d prefer to pay, I will be coming back to this location for my regular oil changes because I felt comfortable with how I was treated here. I came in for an oil change, admittedly after too long, and Don and the other two guys were very attentive. I came in as the only other car was leaving at around 12:15 and was able to get out within 20 min. All the employees were working on my car with great coordination and communication. I got my oil changed, cabin filter changed, air in tires, and a sediment break up because I had gone so long between oil changes. They were very polite, funny, and educational! Will be going back!

While the wait was long, this is to be expected. The guys here brought out bottles of chilled water, worked efficiently, and with great attention to safety. They were honest in their assessment, and did not recommend procedures just to bump up the price. I don't look forward to my next oil change, but I know just where to go for it. I would like to mention Scott, the manager, and Ryan, the mechanic who helped me.
