I had a great experience and I have to give that credit to Val. She was very knowledgeable about the services, offered the needed add-ons, smiled as she spoke, and overall had a very positive upbeat attitude. The manager was also very kind. I would go back again. My only suggestion would for the company to add “enter” and “exit” signs on the building and in the grass because I was sorta confused on which way was “in”. Due to the oil shortage if u need full synthetic, it’s only 1 oil option thats not blended, so over $100.

I came in for an oil change and had a genuinely great experience. Val helped me out, and she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough the entire time. She even offered me a couple of water bottles. Small detail, but it shows they actually care about the customer experience. What really stood out was that she recommended a different type of oil for my vehicle and didn’t just leave it at that. She explained why it was the better option. That’s rare. Most places just push whatever costs more and move on, but this felt honest and informed. I’ve read some of the negative reviews, and after actually coming here, they don’t really hold much weight. It seems like some people expect everything to go exactly their way and get upset when it doesn’t. That wasn’t my experience at all. If you actually listen and let professionals do their job, the level of service here is solid. If you had a bad experience, I’d seriously question whether you were paying attention or just looking for something to complain about. This is definitely going to be my go to spot for oil changes moving forward. I’ll be asking for Val every time.

I'm so glad I was able to get my coolant replaced/undated here. Wesley and the crew gave excellent customer service. Being a woman, there's been enough of places of auto services that tried to take advantage, but not this location, not Wesley and these guys. I felt considered. I recommend their location.
