I came in for an oil change and had a genuinely great experience. Val helped me out, and she was extremely knowledgeable and thorough the entire time. She even offered me a couple of water bottles. Small detail, but it shows they actually care about the customer experience. What really stood out was that she recommended a different type of oil for my vehicle and didn’t just leave it at that. She explained why it was the better option. That’s rare. Most places just push whatever costs more and move on, but this felt honest and informed. I’ve read some of the negative reviews, and after actually coming here, they don’t really hold much weight. It seems like some people expect everything to go exactly their way and get upset when it doesn’t. That wasn’t my experience at all. If you actually listen and let professionals do their job, the level of service here is solid. If you had a bad experience, I’d seriously question whether you were paying attention or just looking for something to complain about. This is definitely going to be my go to spot for oil changes moving forward. I’ll be asking for Val every time.

So I have been driving out to the Waxahachie location the last few times I needed my car serviced. I was so excited when I heard there was finally a location here in Corsicana. Let me tell you from initial greeting to pulling out from the bay I loved the experience. Luke greeted me with a smile and cold water. He cautioned there may be a slight wait and apologized for it. I was in the bay a minute later and waited patiently for my turn. Val and Kelby got started not long after I was parked in the bay. This is where things got silly... One after another they found issues caused by the previous Take 5. Cabin filter wasn't secured in place properly, another filter's screws were stripped. My coolant was over filled and then one at a time my windshield wipers fell off when lifted. None of these things were properly installed or serviced by the other location. Luke (Manager in Corsicana) was appalled and apologized for these things even though they weren't his fault. Then when they didn't have the proper cabin filter they contacted Auto Zone to get one. They were told 10-15 minutes and well...45 minutes later only after Luke and another employee, Angela, contacted Auto Zone it arrived. The Take 5 crew apologized for this even though it was totally Auto Zone's fault. I was given a discount for the inconvenience which at no point was their fault, but I am grateful to save money. I can't recommend this place enough. Considering every other place in town I have tried suuuuuuuuuuuuucks I am so happy to finally have a competent and HILARIOUS place to bring my car.

Just stopped by to get my oil changed! The service there was amazing and honestly I am coming back for my next oil change! They explained everything they were checking and where things needed to be!! They also helped my with resetting my oil sensor on the car. They explained the additional benefits they offer angel and Luke are amazing with managing the store! Thank you soo much see you again!

Wesley was so honest and kind. We pulled in and was immediately seen and attended to. Genuinely haven’t gotten that kind of service anywhere else . I’ll definitely come back and ask for him specifically, but the team that helped out was equally excellent!
