Outstanding service from start to finish! We came in for a coolant exchange and were immediately greeted with bottled water by the manager, Luke—who even gave us a discount. The team got us right in, and Angel was fantastic at getting our info and explaining everything clearly. In less than 20 minutes, they completed the exchange, checked all fluids, topped off our oil, and added air to the tires. We loved the fast, professional experience and are huge fans of their 7:00 AM opening time to get the day started early. We even asked about oil change pricing because we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience and I have to give that credit to Val. She was very knowledgeable about the services, offered the needed add-ons, smiled as she spoke, and overall had a very positive upbeat attitude. The manager was also very kind. I would go back again. My only suggestion would for the company to add “enter” and “exit” signs on the building and in the grass because I was sorta confused on which way was “in”. Due to the oil shortage if u need full synthetic, it’s only 1 oil option thats not blended, so over $100.
