This was my first time at Take 5, and I was treated with courtesy and respect. The techs introduced themselves and told me what their titles were. They announced what they were doing and what they found (i.e. “Oil leak on rear main seal”) as they went, and then clearly explained what they were talking about personally. They repeatedly asked if I understood what they were doing and if I had any questions. They showed prices for services and never pressured me to make a decision. I was extremely happy with the service, and I absolutely expect to return. VERY PROFESSIONAL

I got more than I thought I needed done, and at a really reasonable cost for my vehicle. I drive a VW Taos, and an oil change and replacing both air filters was about $200. We then decided to try Take 5 and they greeted us with water and did a great job! The time it took them check everything and do our oil change was under 10 minutes! Highly recommend and pricing was fair as well!

I had never been to a Take 5 before, or gotten an oil change at a shop for that matter, but since I am 17 weeks pregnant, I am not doing my own oil changes for the time being. The gentlemen here were so friendly! There was a gentleman outside ready to receive me and guide me into a stall. They mentioned a couple of the additional services they offered, but did not pressure me because I keep up with my car's maintenance, so I added on a couple. Not only that, but they helped me save money by offering me a very generous $25 off coupon. What makes a business special to me and worthy or returning is kindness and good hospitality. Thank you for making my service so quick and simple, the charges easy to accept and understand, and also for receiving me with warmth and kindness.
