Oil Change in Oak Ridge, TN at 1100 Oak Ridge Turnpike

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ‼️ Had a great experience at my visit the other day. I went in for a standard oil change and was charged a fair price. Especially considering the customer service!! They performed a routine check on my vehicle and thankfully part of that was checking my cabin air filter….. which was in rough shape to say the least. I was able to have that replaced with very little added to my total cost with the oil change. I appreciate that they explained to me the difference in services/ cost and genuinely helped me pick what would be best for me. Obviously the goal is to have me make a purchase but i did not feel upsold. Thank you to your crew (i am unfortunately horrible at remembering names but who ever was working april wed 15th 6:30 yall did an amazing job 🙏 ) that’s another thing!! I had to come in just before they closed due to my work schedule and they were very kind to me about that as well. anyways- thanks again and here is a picture of my cabin air filter BEFORE it was kindly replaced. Maybe a reminder to check yours too? lol..

I love the fact that everyone in the bay was very friendly very helpful and very concerned with my safety. Which makes me feel more like part of the take five family than just a customer. I love having those experiences. Those are the ones I love to write about and brag about so if you need your oil changed and want a great place and a wonderful environment to have it done at very fast very efficient go to take five. Shout out to Randy the assistant manager he was amazing. I could understand him. His visuals were outstanding so I knew what I was getting into before agreeing to any services. Well oiled machine that take five!

When I arrived they had a car ahead of me they came over and told me they would get to me soon. While I got in they started my oil change right away, being very polite and friendly. I also needed wiper blades which they put on. They ask if he could check my cabin filter which I have not had my used car that long but told them to go ahead and check it. Good thing they did it was nasty, so the dealership where I bought the car never changed it. So happy Daniel was doing his job and doing it well. I will continue to do business there and highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change!

AMAZING SERVICE. JACKSON, RANDALL AND RANDALL P. ARE AWESOME. FIVE STARS Took my 2021 Tacoma in for an oil change here for the first time not knowing what to expect. Everyone was super professional and treated my truck like it was their own. Was in and out SUPER fast - no waiting 2 hours for an oil change. Everywhere you go the techs will try and upsell you with unnecessary BS but Jackson wasn’t pushy and everything he recommended were things I already did routinely to my truck. No trying to scum bag me into blinker fluid - just what my truck needed to stay on the road. 10/10 recommend these guys. Give em a shot and you won’t regret it.

Very good experience my first time ever coming here. You get to sit in your car the entire time and it doesn't take very long at all. They let you pretty much watch them do the entire oil change so you know it actually got done the right way. They let you see even the new oil on your dip stick to verify everything was done. I am impressed by take5 will be going back there again. It was about 95$ even with a coupoun for advanced synthetic on a focus st but it definitely saved me a lot of time in the cold weather. I am more than happy with it. 5 stars for sure! -Rhett Crawford-
