Oil Change Service Murfreesboro Rd

I was in a hurry and had a scheduled appointment in Murfreesboro, but it had to get done. I heard they were quick and man were they. I was in the bay for less then 12 minutes. The manager, I cannot remember his name, unfortunately, but he was very kind and informative and knew what he was talking about. And thanks to his wonderful helper, hash brown, who is also unforgettable not just by his name, but by his work ethic, I was back on the road and made it to my appointment in time. Thank you take five. You definitely have earned a permanent customer. I will see you guys soon.

From the moment I pulled in, the team was on it. Fast, professional, and no-pressure upsells. The real highlight was the manager, Jeffery. He took the time to walk me through exactly what my car needed, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and you could tell he actually knows his stuff. It's rare to find someone in this industry who combines that level of expertise with a genuinely warm, friendly attitude. Jeff made the whole experience feel effortless. The bay was clean, the service was quick, and I left feeling confident my car was in great shape. Only one word, AMAZED! The shop manager Terry was very helpful and helped answered my questions before i even had them. From the time i pulled into the lot, i was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water, and the experience just got better from there. The staff were all having a good time while working hard and quickly. i got all of my fluids topped off as well as air in my tires! they even went as far as telling me the services that were due for my vehicle and showed me my Carfax so that i could see everything for myself. I highly recommend these guys and wouldn't dare to try any competitors! 10/10 You guys!

What an amazing experience at this new location here in La Vergne! I was greeted with a water upon arrival (which I’ve never had happen at an oil change) and also felt like I was in and out of the place in like 10min which is exactly what I’m looking for when I have kids with me

Staff was great and helpful with getting me established at the new location. I’m not sure if I like the fact that my long service history is not available from the location less than 10 miles away though that I have been using prior to this new location opening.
