I went in for a top off oil service. Even though I got my initial oil change at a different location, they serviced me anyway and added me to their system. I was met with an ice cold bottle of water and a smile. After they topped off my oil and other fluids, they put air in my tires and washed the windshield. The Assistant Manager (I think he said his name is JP or PJ) was very kind. Service was quick with no wait. Great customer service. They’ll be seeing me again.
I was in a hurry and had a scheduled appointment in Murfreesboro, but it had to get done. I heard they were quick and man were they. I was in the bay for less then 12 minutes. The manager, I cannot remember his name, unfortunately, but he was very kind and informative and knew what he was talking about. And thanks to his wonderful helper, hash brown, who is also unforgettable not just by his name, but by his work ethic, I was back on the road and made it to my appointment in time. Thank you take five. You definitely have earned a permanent customer. I will see you guys soon.
