OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #1600
This was the first time I had ever been to take 5 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I receive a bottle of ice cold water the minute I arrived. They explained my choices with no pressure to upgrade and they explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. Top off all my fluids, checked all filters and when they were done they brought me my dipstick so I could see my clean full oil. I’m am very impressed and will be returning to center st location in Kingsport, TN! Thanks guys, you rock!!!
Karin,Awesome topped up everything where my oil was leaking gave me great advice, and they're always there when I need them... All three of my cars, get their oil changes and sometimes their windshield wiper blades from take 5 on Lynn garden they're always pleasant they always give my kids juices, and of course me a bottle of water which believe me where it's now sunny, and hot outside I really needed it! They also take care of my mother & all six of her vehicles oh wait seven now! 😆 You have one awesome crew they're on Lynngarden for center Street I don't know which it's in between both. I will tell you that I have been to several take5 ,but this one would be my favorite. They always give me great advice, they take care of me & of my kids, and my family always,they are fast & efficient, The manager himself walks down the stairs in the front of the car into the bay where the oil is to make sure everything is tip top shape.. Please keep being awesome that what you all have been doing!
kelly spears,Excellent customer service right off the bat! I've never been before today ( I was in a company vehicle). Never once did I feel pressured to get every single thing done in one day, they kept me educated through through the entire process and for what I'll need in the future, they communicated very well to each other, and even with some playful banter between them I never heard anything unprofessional or rude, they even gave me a cold bottled water as soon as I pulled up in the lane. The team here is above par. I will be coming back with my own personal vehicle to this specific location - I feel I can place my trust in them.
Exotik Hippie,Between the stone dr shop and the w center str location the w center location has way better customer service. I had an issue with my drain plug and the center st location told me to come on down while the stone dr location asked for my name and number and they would get back to me. W center st is superior in everyway.
Caleb Hosey,Heck yes! Open until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, and an hour later than all the others. Offered tire rotation without a bunch of extra malarkey. I didn't even have to get out of my car! They found a new repeat customer. [Edit: I had a low low pressure warning and it turned out it was a sensor. All taken care of and they were open on Sunday! No charge. Outstanding!]
