⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The three gentlemen who helped me were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the entire experience quick, easy, and stress-free. It's not every day you come across people who genuinely care about their customers, but these three definitely do! Their kindness and outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, gentlemen, for making my day a little brighter! I highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Billy the assistant manager went above and beyond with his willingness to help me figure out the issue from a previous Take 5 Oil location. They’d incorrectly put information on my sticker so my oil was 30,000 over due to be changed bc of what they put. He took care of this and explained to me all services that I needed that the other store never did. The rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and got me in and out quickly and everything was done so efficiently! I was very impressed. I will be back and I will be recommending this location to everyone who needs their oil changed!
It’s rare these days to find hard working honest people in this day and time. I go to Take 5 often with my personal and business vehicles. Today I went and got my standard oil change and as I figured they came with the upsale items and I normally shut them down and don’t even give them a chance but today I wanted to hear it. I am glad I did, instead of just reading from a cue card, which I assumed they did, they actually brought to my attention 3 very seriously neglected items from the previous owner of this vehicle. All 3 were in extremely poor condition and would have definitely caused me a more serious issue down the road. I know cars, have been poor my whole life. I have worked on my own and honestly only go to this place due to the speed and convenience. Now I can add knowledge and professionalism to that list. This guy Tim and his teammate Alex were amazing. The communicated well, agreed on what I needed and discussed it with me like a person not just a sale. Thanks guys I feel better driving my car already!
