⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot thank the guys at Take 5 enough in KINGSPORT. I was away from home for school, so I stopped here because they were the closest location. What was supposed to be a simple oil change turned into so much more. They noticed my tires were worn down almost to the rims and one was flat. Being away from home and overwhelmed, I was honestly about to cry. These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was okay! They even helped me with my spare tire, which was also flat. Even though they are only an oil change business, they didn’t hesitate to help me. They were so kind, patient, and reassuring during a stressful situation. They made me feel safe and cared for when I was far from home. That meant more to me than they will ever know! Truly amazing people and customer service. Thank you all so much! ❤️
The staff was extremely nice. Vinny went above and beyond talking to me about what they were doing and he did not try to sell me anything that I'm adding to this review. I came back again for my second oil change and again like the 1st time the staff was incredible. Michael just like Vinny told me exactly what they were doing abs did not try to over sell me.. Steve the manager was very nice and his crew deserves full recognition
My air pressure alert came on so I stopped by real quick to see if they could check my tire pressure out. Everyone that was there was so kind and helpful. They came out quickly and offered water while I waited. They took care of everything In under twenty minutes( that’s with me waiting). They got my tires back to where they needed to be and He also topped all my fluids off while I was there with no charge to me!! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly service!! Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in need of an oil change!!
