⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot thank the guys at Take 5 enough in KINGSPORT. I was away from home for school, so I stopped here because they were the closest location. What was supposed to be a simple oil change turned into so much more. They noticed my tires were worn down almost to the rims and one was flat. Being away from home and overwhelmed, I was honestly about to cry. These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was okay! They even helped me with my spare tire, which was also flat. Even though they are only an oil change business, they didn’t hesitate to help me. They were so kind, patient, and reassuring during a stressful situation. They made me feel safe and cared for when I was far from home. That meant more to me than they will ever know! Truly amazing people and customer service. Thank you all so much! ❤️
My air pressure alert came on so I stopped by real quick to see if they could check my tire pressure out. Everyone that was there was so kind and helpful. They came out quickly and offered water while I waited. They took care of everything In under twenty minutes( that’s with me waiting). They got my tires back to where they needed to be and He also topped all my fluids off while I was there with no charge to me!! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly service!! Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in need of an oil change!!
The employees at the Ft. Henry Dr location, are all exceptional. They have always strive to give the best service possible. I take both of my vehicles there to have the oil changed. If they happen to overlook something, they are quick to make the correction. Example: they overlooked to give me my veteran discount, and the manager caught it, and made the correction, with me not asking. Awesome!!
