I came in, they drained the oil and try as they might, they couldn't get the filter housing off. I can feel them struggling to remove it but they just couldn't. Ali and the mechanic tried so hard and I could tell from the perspiration that they really tried hard and they had the right tools, but it just wouldn't budge. He came back after speaking to the manager and they advised me to go back to the last people who changed. my oil and that they would refill the oil with new oil free of charge. I offered to pay, but Ali wouldn't have any of it. He and the mechanic apologized to me and sent me on my merry way. You don't see that kind of service, professionalism, and dedication anymore these days. I am so happy you guys promote this kind of business and service. I will never go to any other oil change service company again. You just won a lifetime customer with that one failed oil change. It spoke volumes about what you represent and you dedication to your craft and customers. Thank you.
Overall a great experience with amazing customer service. I got an oil change for economy oil and was unfortunately a few dollars short because I planned on using a coupon (didn’t realize it was only for synthetic) so they took $5 off for me which I appreciated SO SO MUCH!! The 2 workers seemed very young but knew what they were talking about, they informed me of problems with my car that I didn’t even know about and gave me a detailed explanation. I will absolutely be coming back for my next oil change !
Quick, knowledgeable, not overly pushy. Will recommend services if needed but no push back if you aren't interested. Took a few minutes longer as they offered to change my coolant and I accepted because it did need a change. They offered a bottle of cold water as I pulled up, and apologized for the delay (which was only a few minutes). Prices were reasonable and they completed the service quickly but also ensured it was done right. Spoke to the assistant manager who was friendly and professional and another young man who was also very friendly, conversational, and helpful. Even though I can do these services myself, I would go back. Worth the $
