Oil Change Service Lebanon Pike

My experience was quick and simple. The young man and young lady (shouldve gotten their names) were both very knowledgeable and skillful while completing the service. I got an oil change and new filter. I was embarrassed to see it lol because it’s been a while but I did save on it. Definitely will be my Go too spot for an oil change. I normally go to the dealer and was nervous to try a new spot but I felt taken care of by the team. Thanks.

Just had my oil and filter changed here a few minutes ago, I live across the street from this place and have been curious about it since it opened recently. Absolutely great service from Jason, Landon, and Chasen the manager. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and they guys were professional and polite. They offered me bottled water and chatted with me as they performed the service. They seemed like the enjoyed the work and their colleagues. Didn't experience any pressure to upsell or provide anything that wasn't needed like I have elsewhere. The price was extremely reasonable for both the oil and engine filter. They also topped up all the fluids and tire pressure. I'll definitely be back and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

These guys were fast, friendly, and efficient. They handed me a bottled water on the way in and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes—on a Friday around 2 p.m. in February. That was far from my experience closer to Nashville, where long lines in the Madison area had me searching for better options. It seems many oil-change shops are dabbling in services like tires and brakes, which slows things down. The Jiffy Lube I normally use on Gallatin had the same issue and also appeared short-staffed. At Take 5, the manager, assistant manager, and a third technician worked professionally and efficiently on my car, and I was on my way quickly. I’ll be back.

Great customer service! My tech/manager, Jeffery was very detailed with my service. The safety personnel, Faith was awesome! She greeted me with a complimentary water and explained everything with such confidence. She made the experience an enjoyable time! I will definitely be coming back for another service!

I recently got my oil changed there and Chason + Natalie Were absolutely fantastic. They were both a pleasure to work with, Very knowledgeable and you can tell they were both very passionate about their job which is very rare these days. I had an oil change, Rear differential fluid change and they swapped out a couple of filters in my truck. I was in and out within about 20 or 30 minutes, which is great considering the amount of work performed, I highly recommend this shop and overall I had a great experience!
