I came in, they drained the oil and try as they might, they couldn't get the filter housing off. I can feel them struggling to remove it but they just couldn't. Ali and the mechanic tried so hard and I could tell from the perspiration that they really tried hard and they had the right tools, but it just wouldn't budge. He came back after speaking to the manager and they advised me to go back to the last people who changed. my oil and that they would refill the oil with new oil free of charge. I offered to pay, but Ali wouldn't have any of it. He and the mechanic apologized to me and sent me on my merry way. You don't see that kind of service, professionalism, and dedication anymore these days. I am so happy you guys promote this kind of business and service. I will never go to any other oil change service company again. You just won a lifetime customer with that one failed oil change. It spoke volumes about what you represent and you dedication to your craft and customers. Thank you.
Overall a great experience with amazing customer service. I got an oil change for economy oil and was unfortunately a few dollars short because I planned on using a coupon (didn’t realize it was only for synthetic) so they took $5 off for me which I appreciated SO SO MUCH!! The 2 workers seemed very young but knew what they were talking about, they informed me of problems with my car that I didn’t even know about and gave me a detailed explanation. I will absolutely be coming back for my next oil change !
Brent was so helpful ! And so was the previous shift manager . They told me my car was hot when I didn’t even know it and was able to assist me and get my car back in good shape . I appreciated the patience and willingness Brent had , to make sure I knew all the things I needed to know and was satisfied . He went above and beyond !! The teamwork was great , I love how they have each others backs . Great job team Take 5 Hermitage !
