Stop! 🛑 Let me tell you about the incredible experience I had here! First, Tiffanie in a sincere, friendly matter welcomed me and my car into a spot. I didn’t have to get out and wait anywhere. I came in for an oil change. They changed my oil quick right there and showed it to me that it was done, showed me both filters and filled my windshield liquid and checked everything. They showed me that the air filter by the engine was basically clean and my in cabin one needed to be changed. This all cost me a little under $100 with the coupon I used from their website that gave me $15. Every single person there was absolutely wonderful, patient, kind, hardworking, helpful including the manager who cleared my little “maintenance required” alert. My car was driving like a dream afterwards and I didn’t have to get out of my car. Excellent/Superior/Time Efficient/Super Affordable experience- every single employee going above and beyond! Cannot give enough praise! 10 out of 10!!! A billion stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Previous experience: I have a 2023 RAV4 and was getting it “serviced” by expensive scam predatory “warranties” from Toyota. This included waiting 2-4 hours in the lobby, getting treated like you’re a dumbass by the male staff while they are supposed to change your oil and rotate your tires which I guess you are for buying it in the first place ($260 a month beside the actual car payment.) They always have trouble finding the warranties and will go out of their way to make money out of you claiming that you need this or that when you in fact don’t and that this or that isn’t covered but when you are buying the car they say, “all you will need to worry about is gas.” But in reality, all you could ever need is somehow excluded plus the oil change? Oh they do that ONCE A YEAR, not every 6 months like it is actually recommended. They wanted me to pay over $300 to change the air filters when in reality the inside by the engine one didn’t need to be changed and the cabin one cost me $20 and I easily did it myself which this was my first time doing any car thing myself. Anyway, to anyone reading this- go here and whatever you do, do not buy anything extra or whatever at the Toyota of Cleveland.

Google wouldn’t let me leave another review, so I edited the old one. Had the differential fluid changed several months ago, but went for an oil change today. Great service, as usual, friendly workers, and Louie was running the place like a ship. May have done the change myself, but was short on time, and I trust these guys. Gain trust and you gain more business. Thanks, Take 5! These guys have been so great through the years! I trust them. Took my 1974 MG Midget for a coolant flush (aluminum radiator safe) and a differential oil change (80w-90 GL 4) Thanks Louie and Penguin and everyone else. The owner is a nice guy! See you again!

Taylor and Louie were super cool, and very helpful with their recommendations, pointed out some issues they saw in my engine bay which was very appreciated. If you see Taylor here just know you are about to have the best experience possible Absolutely amazing work from them both!

We were there early in the morning. Only 2 people working so we had to wait for the car in front of us to complete before they started with us. Our take “5” turned into “45”. They had an issue with our filter which was not their fault. However if I had known it was going to take so long may have done a different day. It was much longer than we had hoped. Now the staff is very friendly. There were others standing around but only two really doing the work. Maybe they were in training. Unsure. Service was good just the amount of time we sat there was a bit more than we would have liked

Been going here for aprox 3 years now? Always a great experience. They keep track of my truck and provide me with oil changes, air filters, coolant flush. Alway courteous and priced fairly. I recommend them big time.
