These men/women are workers! Being a now retired blue collar worker? I was very happy to see young men/women DICIPLINED WITH GREAT WORK ETHIC!! Not one person there was sitting on their hands and we're busy doing something. You can tell they were TRAINED WELL and we're following (SOP) and we're working as a team. Hats off to the take5 Cleveland tn branch. Buy those workers a lunch . They deserve it! One young man had just got his meal delivered and set it to the side to service my truck letting it get cold. You don’t see that these days. FACTS. SINCERELY, DON WHITE AND. Lifetime new customer.
Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. While they were getting my oil changed, the dipstick unfortunately broke, but I really appreciate how professionally and responsibly they handled the situation. They are taking care of getting it fixed, and throughout the whole process everyone has been friendly, respectful, and professional. Things can happen, but what really matters is how a business handles them, and Take 5 has handled this the right way. I appreciate their honesty, communication, and willingness to make it right. I would definitely recommend them!
Google wouldn’t let me leave another review, so I edited the old one. Had the differential fluid changed several months ago, but went for an oil change today. Great service, as usual, friendly workers, and Louie was running the place like a ship. May have done the change myself, but was short on time, and I trust these guys. Gain trust and you gain more business. Take 5 gets a 10+ These guys have been so great through the years! I trust them. Took my 1974 MG Midget for a coolant flush (aluminum radiator safe) and a differential oil change (80w-90 GL 4) Thanks Louie and Penguin and everyone else. The owner is a nice guy! See you again!
