Donny, Alex and one other (didn’t catch the name) were incredible. As someone who knows very little about cars, we rely on the professionals to keep our cars in working order. They brought some concerns to my attention that turned out to be nothing but their abundance of caution about an issue that had nothing to do with my oil change was appreciated. Take 5 will always service all of my cars. As a fellow business owner and employer, take care of your employees! The good ones are hard to find!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. From the moment I arrived, the entire crew was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to both me and my kids. It was a hot day, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable by offering us water while we waited. The manager and staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had about my vehicle. Throughout the service, they kept me informed about what they were doing and provided helpful information about my car without being pushy. Their customer service was outstanding, and everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about making the experience a positive one. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you to the entire Take 5 team for the excellent service!
