PJ and his brother JJ worked on my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz this morning at the Summerville Main Street shop. PJ deserves recognition and added compensation for the manner in which he managed the very busy shop. This is the second time I've been at this location because the service on my Lexus earlier in 2026 was so professional and cheerfully performed. I called Anthony, the store manager and related my positive customer experience and he advised I follow up with a Google review to ensure higher visibility of my accolades. I'm a retired naval surface warfare officer with 30 years of experience at sea working with young leaders and I think PJ and JJ are exceptional representatives of your brand. They're gems. Guard them and promote them when they're ready to move up the org chart. You'll be glad you did.
Amazing experience at Take 5 today! All of the guys were incredibly professional, caring and very knowledgeable. I was having scary car concerns and they explained everything in detail and made sure an oil change is what I needed as they didn’t want to just “take my money”.. I don’t think that’s ever not been the case when it comes to anything car related. Huge thank you to Roosevelt, Damien and PJ for their help and patience today!
They went above and beyond helping me get my car oiled changed. They didn't have the proper quantity for the oil change my car required and the manager went out of his way to get me the proper amount of oil to get my vehicle back on the road. All of the employees are very professional. Highly reccommend. I will only get my vehicle inspected here
