The crew/staff that serviced my vehicle was top notch in all accounts. When I arrived there was a line in all bays, the crew members were consistently coming to cars waiting in line offering bottles of water & assuring no dissatisfaction. When it came to the work being done, all members worked fluidly together. Assisting one another to ensure all customers were moved through in a timely manner, while also being thorough. Communicated with customers on aspects of the vehicle, being genuine in what they recommended & not trying to sell products not necessary the customers vehicle. It was a very hot & humid day, but the crew did not let their attitudes waiver & as all members were full of good energy & a pleasure to strike up conversations with. Best experience I've had with any vehicle maintenance.

I'm glad I did. ***** Feb 5th 2026 My 3rd visit to Take 5. These guys are awesome. I actually had a mouse nest under my hood! They cleaned it out, it was empty thank goodness. Checked everything out. Changed my oil, checked everything, put air in my tires, washed my windshield and replaced my wipers. Gave me a great discount. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you guys. And thank you for the water too 🥰
Beverly,I was the only one there and got all the service techs on my jeep. They worked efficiently and they looked like they were having fun doing their jobs. They offered me a cold bottle of water and when I told the tech that my A/C was broke he offered me more cold water. It was a good experience.
