Professional and efficient. The team was working well together to get me in and out, but not without ensuring they have checked all the boxes. I did end up getting a coolant exchange after they explained the pros and cons, and how long I had until it would become a larger issue. i.e. not super pushy about upsells. The lowest option aside from economy is about $100. I paid another $100 for the coolant replacement. I had a coupon for $30 off. Marking as a reasonable price due to coupon and excellent service.
I had such a great experience at Take 5 yesterday! The guys went above and beyond, and I really appreciated how helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable they were. I originally came in for just an oil change, but they took the time to address a few other things with my car as well. Asher went out of his way to secure a loose piece underneath my car, and Kaiden was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining not just what needed to be done, but why. Neither made me feel rushed or pressured, and I left feeling much more informed and confident about my car. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I trust that they have our best interests in mind. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this location to others!
Mr. Paul and his staff were absolutely stellar!! He was super knowledgeable of their services, products and prices. He kept me aware of each procedure and interval of explanation and why. Great customer service and humor. Upon my arrival the technician greeted me enthusiastically and asked me what I needed. He checked the hood equipment and after I asked pointedly about pricing he proceeded to quote the choices and what may help. But, he left the customer choice to me. He smiled pleasantly the entire time. Ready to oblige my time and concerns. I was instructed to where to move my car and to not leave my vehicle. I also appreciated the visuals of the work bay. Well placed, easy reading and displayed for good discussion in case additional questions would arise. I was skeptical about visiting the company, but noticed this location and was impressed about visiting this spot. Sooooooo happy I did!!!! Thank you Mr. Paul and his team of impressive professionals!!!! ( Dorchester Road near Ashley Phosphate. By the Taco. Bell) You Rawk!!!!!!! Ps. I needed a dip stick and appreciated the advice in safety of getting one and to attend to it as soon as possible. 😃☀️👍🏾
