Oil Change in North Augusta, SC at 532 E. Martintown Rd

I have been needing to get an oil change for a while now. Prices have been so high everywhere and it’s getting ridiculous to even afford a simple oil change. I was unsure of using Take 5, but they sent me a coupon and I decided to give them a shot. The process was quick and simple. All of the young men that I spoke to and that worked on my car were very helpful and super polite. They were patient and answered all my questions. I even had them replace my air filter as well. They even told me to come back in before the 5,000 mile mark and that I could receive a free check on my oil and a top off if needed. That gave me a little peace knowing that I could go back in and they would check my levels for me during that time for no extra cost. The experience was easy and hassle free. I am glad I decided to give them a try. I would definitely say that those guys were all doing a good job. Service was exceptional. All employees went over and above to give me the best service possible. I felt seen which is not the norm in other places like this, where I always feel like just another car to process through as quickly as possible. Thanks and I've already recommended to my family and friends! Update: May 19, 2026. My third visit and I'd still give them five stars. Actually, if I could give them more I would. This place is great. Friendly, efficient, detail-oriented. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Shoutout to David and his team at Take 5 Oil Change. They were incredibly friendly and efficient and went way beyond what I expected. Not only did they handle my vehicle with care but they were so thoughtful with my family. They even gave me a water bottle and made sure my kids were happy with Capri Suns and gummies. It is rare to find a place that is this fast but still pays such great attention to customer service and the little details. It was a pleasure having Davids crew work on my car and I will definitely be back.

I had such a great experience yesterday at Take 5 Oil Change. Every single employee was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. They explained everything so well and provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Honestly, I have not received this level of service in a very long time from any business I’ve visited. They truly went above and beyond and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Great service. Was greeted by Nick. He was considerate, patient and entertained all my specific oil related questions. Gave me great quotes for service. Willie was also there to assist. He is a wealth of knowledge in relation to oil and maintenance related information. Kind and courteous. Him and Nick gave great insight about my vehicle. At the end of my service Matt also came into help. He was prompt and polite, assisting with the oil, checking the levels and cleaned off my windshield which I appreciate. In the background I noticed another gentleman, Ethan. He was helping another guest at the time but I was able to overhear the conversation. He appeared to be knowledgeable and exercised great problem solving and resolution abilities. He diagnosed the unique issue the fellow customer had and repaired it for them in no time. All these guys demonstrated professionalism and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them and definitely will be returning. Thank you to you all.
