The 2 associates that assisted me on 9/3/26 at the Martintown location, to which I believe the young lady is a manager. At any rate they were both nice, respectful, professional and provided great customer service and they gave us a reasonable price for our oil change along with wishing me an early happy birthday. I hate I didn't get their names, but with great customer service like that I had to leave a good tip for them both. I hope they keep up the good work.
We went to the store on Martintown road North Augusta South Carolina. The 3 guys there were great. They checked everything, they even let us know that our coolant needs to be flushed out so we will be taken the car next payday to have it done! We was very happy that they did not push us to have it done at the same time as the oil change. Most places would have pushed and pushed until the customer finally gives in, just to make more money. We was very thankful that they didn't push us to have it done right then and there.We used to take our vehicles to Jiffy Lube to get oil changes but I think we found a new place. We would like to say thank you to all 3 guys that was working last night, they all were great. We will definitely make sure the same guys will be there next week when we go get the coolant flushed.
First and foremost I already like take 5. I’ve never had a bad experience. I pulled in and they got me squared away with the quickness. What was impressive was the collaboration. As the techs finished working on other cars they came over to help. If you stop by and Eric, Dakota, Ricky or Will is in the shop you are in great hands. They weren’t concerned about getting every dollar they could from me. They were concerned about customer service which they executed flawlessly
