Let me tell you Folks about my experience with this Take 5 Service.I went in for a Oil Change and they gave me a Bottle of water as I pulled into the Bay. I was greeted by a Team Member asking what I needed. After giving him my info they proceeded to not only change my oil but also top off my other Fluids. He then asked if I wanted him to checky interior filter, I am so glad I did.It was absolutely filthy đź’Ż.Well as luck would have it they did not Stock my type filter but said go buy one at the local auto parts store and bring it back and we will install it Free yes indeed Folks they absolutely did and I don't know of anyone else who would be that nice đź‘Ť Thank you again Take 5 you definitely have a New Customer âś…
I arrived about one hour before closing time. There wasn’t anyone else there at that precise moment. A gentleman guided me into the bay they wanted me to be in, offered me a water and then another gentleman explained what kind of packages they had for the kind of car my oil took and asked which one I wanted. They changed the oil (it was multiple people working on my car together to get the job done). Then he shows me my dirty car filter and asks if I want a new one. Says it’ll help with gas mileage and something else. I confirm and he gives me my total and I pay. He says I can come back and be topped off before reaching 3,000 miles. The service was fast, professional, and informative. Whole process took maybe five minutes. Will go back again.
The staff on duty guided me into the bay for an oil change. I was greeted and asked what my purpose was for coming in. I needed an oil change. The prices That was quoted to me was fair. I selected the synthetic blend for my truck. While they were removing the plug to drain the oil, the staff alerted me of a stripped plug. They were able to get it removed and replaced with a new plug. Take 5 is awesome. And they have an amazing staff. All were friendly and professional. Whenever I need my oil changed. Take 5 is my go to place. Thank you!
