The staff on duty guided me into the bay for an oil change. I was greeted and asked what my purpose was for coming in. I needed an oil change. The prices That was quoted to me was fair. I selected the synthetic blend for my truck. While they were removing the plug to drain the oil, the staff alerted me of a stripped plug. They were able to get it removed and replaced with a new plug. Take 5 is awesome. And they have an amazing staff. All were friendly and professional. Whenever I need my oil changed. Take 5 is my go to place. Thank you!

I always have a great experience with the company and never been let down yet. They treat Military great but I'msuretheytreat all theircustomersgreat. I had bought a used truck from an out of state dealer and needed my wiper blades changed, I had already bought the new ones. I just wasn't able to change them myself. I stopped in and got them installed for free and they also checked to see if my oil had been changed before I bought it. It was new oil but was a half quart low. They topped it off and checked everything else. All done for nothing. Didn't cost me a cent. I enjoy all my visits. They have great people at the location that I go to. I also got 2 ice cold waters. I didn't think I'd ever be writing a review about an oil change place but here we are. This place, and specifically Chris, was amazing. He offered me a cold bottle of water when I got there and talked me through what they offered, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and offered a small discount for the cabin filter, which literally no one checked since I bought the car nine years ago despite having regular oil changes. Take 5 was way more reasonable than anywhere else I'd been and the employees were awesome. They just earned a lifelong customer.
