I had gotten a recent service alert for my Kia Sportage. I assumed it was for an oil change since the mileage on my sticker from my last visit was close. I expected to spend over $100 (synthetic oil). When I pulled up the nice attendant said that I wasn't due yet, but he would check oil and fluids. He showed me the oil level, said it was good, but would do a top-off and also check tires and windshield fluid. When I wrnt to pay, i was advised there was no charge. The team at this location really seem to work well together, and are so pleasant. If you've been wondering about trying them, do it.
I enjoyed the open & professional interaction with the staff. They were easy to work with, They were knowledgeable and took the time to educate. The whole process did not feel pressured at all. I enjoyed every minute of it. It was very convenient so I expected it to be a little bit overpriced plus being down here near Myrtle Beach. I will use their service again. I appreciate them taking the time to explain things to me.Thank you so much.
I have been to a handle full of Take 5’s to get an oil change and I have not experienced this level of customer service from any location. The assistant manager Carter, greeted me with his coworker and both were extremely insightful full of information, went through proper protocols of the business, diagnostics were checked out properly and if there was anything wrong, he made sure that he explained it in great detail. He let me know all the options I have what he is notice on the car and he was extremely manageable. Amazing customer service. I was taken care of at this location.
