Oil Change in Easley, SC at 5283 Calhoun Memorial Hwy

I had a great experience at this Take 5 location in Powdersville. Richard provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the services my vehicle actually needed, while also being honest about what could wait until my next oil change. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to oversell me just to make extra money. Richard made the entire process feel honest, professional, and comfortable. Tyler, the manager, was working in the pit and had great energy and professionalism as well. You can tell he truly cares about his team and the quality of work they do. The teamwork between everyone there really stood out. I also really appreciate this company for always offering coupons and discounts to help customers save money, especially with how the economy is right now. That definitely makes a difference. Overall, this was a great experience. This was actually my second time coming back, this time with a different vehicle, so now they have both of my vehicles in their system. I definitely plan on continuing to do business at this location and referring friends and family. One more thing people should remember — if you receive great service, don’t forget to tip the workers. These guys were professional, helpful, and worked hard, and good customer service deserves appreciation.

I had a great experience. From the water bottle for me and fruit snacks for my kids to the professional, efficient way Derrick handled my oil change, I'm glad I chose to visit. Update: I've since gone back to this location. This week, Tim suggested I replace my coolant, as my mileage is getting high. They made quick work of it and suggested I come back in a few days so they could check the levels. We did, and Tim once again provided fantastic service and topped off the coolant before we took a roadtrip. I so appreciate the customer service of this location! Update 2: service continues to be awesome. I drive farther for this location.

The entire service was great! Faith and her team did a thorough and professional job on the oil change and made me feel like I could relax for a few minutes while they handled everything. I always come to this location and I have always had great service here, so I don’t plan on going anywhere else for my oil changes. Everyone is friendly and they work as a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Check them out the next time you need an oil change!

Vincent is awesome. I can see that he is passionate and educated about cars. If we weren’t limited to time I could listen to him all day. I hope he will continue on a path towards a successful career. He gave great recommendations for other services that aren’t offered at Take 5 and taught me how to replace my own engine air filter (my model is not carried at their location.)

I love how personable and thorough Take 5 is. They are valued at a great price, quick and thorough service. I love the extra touch of a water bottle as you enter for service, especially since I drive a ton for work. Kendall is so kind and thorough and explains everything along the way. Grateful to have a team this amazing in Easley!
