I pulled up and waited 2 minutes if that before they began to wave me into the bay. They gave me a bottled water while I waited and went over all the packaged they offer and any concerns with my car. They topped off all the fluids and even offered to put air in my tires. And I was done! Very fast, and friendly. I was SUPER nervous about getting it serviced for it was never a worry of mine until now.. I will definitely be going back there for my next service as well as my coolant flush!
I always have a great experience at Take 5! Yes, they do try to “upsale”, but that’s their job. Yesterday I opted for the more expensive windshield wipers (usually I get the cheapest ones). The manager came over and instructed me on how to prime my windshield with the special coating. I am SO glad I did because as soon as I left it became a downpour. The difference in quality was insane. The crew there is extremely quick and friendly. My oil change, wiper replacement, and window cleaning was less than 10 minutes. Can’t beat this spot!
Started with a free bottle of wster. 25% discount for military. Going great till they showed the dirty air filter. Needed a new one installed. Still going well till they recommendated even more corrections. Oil change fast and easy. Recommend asking if they should do more standard checks would have put me in a better frame of mine to agree with all the suggestions. Happy and will stop again better mentally prepared that oil is just a drop on the bucket
