Definitely had to tell them that they were putting two different oils in my car. They gave me a 25% off, but that does not make me feel good about what they’re doing on the rear differential in my truck. Just wanna let you know those guys doing a great job, but they need management. I told him that I needed washer fluid as I bought windshield wipers as well but did not get windshield wiper fluid put in my car I’ve been coming to y’all for a while, but it seems like it has been going downhill.
I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change in West Ashley thanks to Ayden! He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured, and the customer service was truly top-notch. It’s not often you leave an oil change impressed, but Ayden went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for him if you visit!
This was my first experience with Take 5, and it was a memorable one because of the great customer service I received. David was an absolute joy to deal with. The manager was also very helpful. My only suggestion would be to swap out the water for the guys and give them Gatorade during the hot Charleston Summer! Thanks again for a great experience.
