My greatest experience ever at Take 5 on Folly Road on Wednesday morning. The two most pleasant professional people were Cheyenne(management) & Allen. The moment I pulled up, Cheyenne came to greet me, and she was such a delightful person. Allen explained everything and made sure my tire pressure was correct and showed me my air filter. They worked well together and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. You both Rock!!!!! Keep up the Great spirit and friendly attitudes. Made my day.

They also alerted me to the fact that the new engine guard plate under my car only had three screws holding it on and my car dealer replaced it last year. There is no way they put the multiple amount of screws it should have had for it to stay put…so following my visit with Take 5 I went to my dealer and they took photos after they put all the screws in it. I was thankful that they let me know as I was getting ready to drive from SC to CT! Thank you Take 5 for paying attention.
Cindy Smith,First all all the staff were very nice and got the oil change done quickly. But after I left I stopped at a store quickly after and I had trouble starting the car then I stopped at another place and the car wouldn't start at all. I sat there for awhile and then tried again and it finally started after a couple trys. I got home and noticed oil underneath the car. I called the shop, they sent a nice young guy out to see what the problem was, he checked everything and couldn't find anything wrong and of course the car started right up! Haha he said if there was any further problems to please call again. I was impressed! Good customer service! Thank you so much!!
