Ryan Sandler, David C, and Danielle from the Take 5 crew gave an excellent experience during my oil change. Everyone was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently while paying attention to detail. They explained everything clearly and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable vehicle maintenance. They also recommended checking and using the proper coolant for my vehicle to help keep the engine running at its best!

let me tell you, this was probably the best and funniest experience of my life. they were extremely helpful about everything but my car still said “maintenance required” on it after the oil change. i asked them if they can fix that for me because well… i definitely don’t know how to do it. they were HILARIOUS and AMAZING carols and miguel were trying to help me figure this out the entire time. literally tried everything to get this figured out. someone needs to give them a raise cause carlos and miguel were some funny and helpful people. i will definitely without a doubt be going back for my next oil change. if you go to take 5 and carlos and/or miguel are there don’t worry… they got you!! if i could give 10 stars I WOULD… if yall see this yall were amazing thank yall so much definitely had a good laugh i would also like to give a shout out to the guy who also tried to help but i didn’t catch his name (he was wearing a camo jacket i think)

Very nice and professional and nice to be in and out in few minutes. Yes the price is higher but very convenient no waiting making appointments or shop being backed up like other places. Tony was exceptional and could tell he loved his job and put you to ease. They also double check everything and check over each other's work to make sure everything is in order. Would recommend always. They also offer military discount.

I was actually visiting Aiken for the weekend, happened to be leaving Starbucks and seen the take5, never used one before and decided to try it out. As soon as we got there, they offered us bottled water,and immediately directed us to the available bay, got started immediately!! Explained all the options,gave us his recommendation..so I went with his recommendation, was in and out pretty fast!! Would absolutely recommend this location!!! Very knowledgeable and they were very personable!! Ten stars! Even taught me how to clear a notification off my screen.. 😌

I like the policy of checking everything that needs checking. There is a noticeable team comraderie in performing their tasks. I have two vehicles that I bring in and am always satisfied. I ALWAYS make sure to bring in my vehicle before road trips.
