Tony provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer from start to finish. As a business owner myself, I pay attention to how people communicate and carry themselves, and Tony absolutely stood out. He has the kind of attitude and people skills that are extremely hard to teach or find! He represents Take 5 exceptionally well and is exactly the type of employee any company would be lucky to have. I sincerely hope management recognizes what they have in him. Tony deserves every opportunity to move up, and I could easily see him being someone who helps train others in customer service. Truly exceptional at what he does.
The minute I arrived the guys offered me a cold water, which was quite welcomed! They got to work and got the job done. One of the fellows was blonde w his hat on backwards. He went up and beyond his duties and fixed my bumper ( simply pushed the side back in)! They all were very kind! I am now a loyal customer at the Take Five on Whisky near Home Depot !
Every time I go to the Take 5 location on Whiskey Rd in Aiken, I’m completely satisfied. Nate and Miguel are awesome. I never get the sense that they’re trying to upsell me or take advantage in any way. Their only concern is that I’m satisfied as a customer, they educate me on how to keep my car running smoothly and they’re looking out for my safety. They’re friendly, personable, polite, professional and courteous. It’s a pleasure to go there and I will never go anywhere else. Whoever’s in charge, please give Nate and Miguel a raise!
