Actually 10 stars would be more appropriate Now the back story. I had purchased a used Toyota and brought it in for an oil change. I knew there was a slow oil leak. I found out later it could be a main rear seal or oil pan gasket. I stopped by and asked if they would check oil level which was a little bit low. I mentioned to the certified tech about the issue. He checked further and determined it was rear main leak. I certainly appreciated his extra effort to help me fing the cause. This in my opinion was above & beyond what most places would do I have been here with both of my cars and will continue to return. The employees are very professional and friendly Thanks guys for running such a professional shop
I had a wonderful experience with Take 5 on Whiskey Rd. in Aiken SC! From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. My vehicle had been making a very faint tapping noise while driving, and the manager took the time to listen to my concerns. He suspected my oil level might be low, and sure enough, my vehicle only needed an additional half quart of oil. I truly appreciate their honesty, knowledge, and willingness to take the time to address my concerns rather than recommend unnecessary services. It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and treats them right. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!
I had my oil changed at another oil change place the last time. I went to Take 5 this time to get it changed. The oil filter was extremely tight to get off. To the point when it finally came out, the threaded piece the oil filter threads on to came out with it. They tried using adjustable pliers to get it out of the filter, no luck. The shop took it upon themselves to drive an hour away and purchased the part to get me going again. When I called Valvoline, all I got was excuses. Hats off to Take 5 for going out of there way to take care of a customer. Needless to say, they've earned my business for good.
