I was greeted immediately by Jayden with a cold bottle of water, which was nice on a hot day. And Roger started taking a look at the car and getting things set up. Aside from the fact that they said this was the first kia carnival they had so there was a learning curve, the service was great. Jayden explained everything as it was done, gave me an extra discount for replacing both the engine filter and cabin filter. He showed me the filters and told me prices upfront. Held friendly conversations with them the whole visit. Will definitely be back.
Extremely friendly staff! Above and beyond customer service! The new assistant manager was very helpful and even offered me employment opportunities being new to the area. Wait time was a little long for an oil change place but they were busy and seemed to be short staffed. Will definitely return due to their kindness. If I could remember the assistance name I would give him a shout out. As someone with management experience. treating your customers that way is a way to keep a long term customer. I hope he does well with his position and moves up.
I have never had a better experience with an oil change. From the second I pulled up, they were kind, caring and attentive. I never even had to get out of the car. The oil change was completed quickly. The checked my carfax to see when other routine maintenance was last performed. They were even able to take payment from the car. Quick, easy, convenient.
