At first I was suspect of using a quick drive-in like this however a few things that won me over… At the dealership or other garages even if you have an appointment you wait 1 to 3 hours for an oil change. This is 15 to 20 minutes and everything is done in front of your face: they show you your filters and you see the oil going in, and they show you your dipstick. This experience I’ve never had at the dealership. I’ve had consumption test done on my truck and it shows that I use a lot of oil. This place has a policy that you can get oil topped off for no charge between oil changes ideal for someone in my situation! Add to the fact that they smiled, gave me a cold bottle of water, and had me out the door in 20 minutes and they won me over.
Brian Webb,Awesome service! I was having a bit of an emergency returning home and had a 4 hour drive ahead of me on an early Sunday morning. I was from out of town and found Take 5 because they were the nearest place open on a Sunday. Jax (the technician) was very professional, friendly, and honest. I was having a problem with my 'check engine' light. They could not fix the light problem, but I got an oil change to be safe. Jax found and recommended another garage that had the mechanic equipment Take 5 didn't. I found this to be SO professional that he was honest. He talked to me about the 'code' and what was needed to fix it. I got home safely! If I lived there I would definitely return any time! I wish I could have given him a large monetary tip just for the honesty. The other techs that were there assisted in the same manner. The morning crew today needs recognized by the management! 👍🏼

The service was quick and thorough! Felt as though the “cabin filter” was kinda pricey, however, I wanted “both” filters replaced so I can see what they “look” like on my next visit! I’m quite sure I’ll be back, because the service guys were in “good” spirits which made the whole experience “pleasant” on such a hot day!
