Take 5 Oil Change provided the BEST Customer Service! They offered 3 critical attributes of OUTSTANDING performance and GREAT Customer Service. Professionalism, Knowledge/Clearly explained the process, and they made me feel like a Valued Customer! Kevin, Mark, and Ginet are AMAZING!!! Additionally, the Military discount is an absolute bonus! I look forward to receiving EXCEPTIONAL customer service again!!! Hats off Gentlemen!
Great speedy service, great employees, they go above and beyond for oil changes. But the store is hot inside even though the doors are open there is no way to cool it in there so you're sitting in your sweltering car and it only takes like 15 minutes but still when it's 90 plus outside that 15 minutes can get really hot I don't even know how those guys work there all day with no AC or even fans. And you have way too much of a markup on filters ,filter for my car cost $15 at the parts store but if I would have had you guys do it you want 30 something dollars for the same filter that is way too much change a 10 second Part.
Wow, if you want to feel VIP, come to Take 5! Three guys guiding you through the process and gave all options… no pressure. Excellent service and even do cabin filters, coolant flush, wiper blades, and top off your air in the tires :) This is your in and out shop if you’re short on time and in need of vehicle service with peace of mind! Thanks guys… truly great service!!!
