Came in for an oil change and Landon gave excellent and courteous customer service. I appreciate both gentlemen who serviced my vehicle and checked and double checked verbally and physically that all steps were completed. Showed me how dirty the air filter was, the clean new filter before installing and the proper oil level after filling. Quick, efficient and walked me through resetting the dash display. Thank you!
Sherry Rogers,Yes the wait was a little long but it was a rainy Saturday and there were a lot of cars, yet everyone still had a good attitude and continued giving the best service they could bring from what I saw. Despite the stress everyone was probably under that day, I was still offered great service and the gentleman who was helping me out was very kind and great to talk to and made the wait worth while! I believe every other mechanic also has a great story if customers are willing to chat with them if they strike a convo! Overall, it was a good experience because I got more than what I asked for and discovered you guys had a veteran working there, which was also pretty cool.
Cade Clymer,Stillwater location is hands down better than the Enid location!!! Enid always tries to say you need extras and to change your coolant every time. Coolant changes are good for 3 years. Still not cool that they try. Stillwater was amazing and even cleaned my windshield and checked my tire pressure, like they are supposed to. If I cannot make it to Stillwater, I will not retu6to the Enid location!

There was a great group of guys there that talked to me like we’ve been friends for years. It’s a little pricey but for that level of customer service and the speed it’s definitely worth it.
