There was no waiting I pulled straight in on a Saturday morning. I was greeted with a free bottle of water by Ethan. The staff were super quick to get started and finished. Ethan explained that my coolant was needing to be replaced and showed me the measurements. I have had my car 7 years and many miles. Pricing was reasonable as always. I enjoy the quick turnaround.
Everyone very friendly, and great attention to detail. I went for oil change and they said my oil was clean & didn't need changed. They went on to add a quart. Also checked tire pressure on all tires, & checked coolant. All this service and they didn't charge me a penny! They were very thorough. I will definitely go back & see these guys!! Good service.
They had multiple bays open, so I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Josrae, Emily, and John were exceedingly courteous and professional. Everything was explained to me in a way that gave me ownership of the service I received. I observed the staff practicing effective communication with each other. Will definitely be back for my next oil change.
