I came for an oil change and had to wait more than 30 minutes (Iwas made aware of a wait time when I arrived and I didn’t mind waiting), but when they came over to do it the manager told me that my oil change was free because I waited so long! I told him that I didn’t mind paying and was aware of the wait time when I arrived. He still insisted on comping my oil change! Thank you! It was a wonderful surprise to my day. I have been a customer for a while now and will keep coming back.
