OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #890
The Take 5 team in Claremore did a great job taking care of us this visit. They let us know that we had an oil leak that we didn’t know about. Apparently it was discovered last July at the same Take 5, but we weren’t notified and we’ve had it changed there three times since and this was the first time we found out about it. I wanna thank the team that was there yesterday for letting us know. They saved our engine.

I will forever be going to Claremore’s Take 5 for my oil change. Earlier that morning I went to Jiffy Lube in Owasso where I waited 1hr 15 minutes and they had not even started on my vehicle so I left! Everyone in Jiffy Lube waiting room were not happy on the wait they had been encountering as well. I understand when there is a wait but lots of people working there and all gabbing and moving at the speed of snail out in the shop. Clearly disorganized and poor management at that specific location of Jiffy Lube. Take 5 Claremore was amazing and nothing like what I had experienced earlier that morning at Jiffy Lube Owasso. I will always go to this Take 5 location from now on!!!! Oh and before I left Take 5 Claremore the manager came and introduced himself and shook my hand and told me his name (which I don’t remember) and that if I needed anything in the future just let him know….and they had no idea what I had dealt with earlier that morning at Jiffy Lube. This guy was just doing what he does being a great manager. Highly impressed being that I own a small business myself!

I had an oil change, cabin filter change, windshield wipers replaced & coolant flush in under an hour & that includes waiting for them to finish with the car in front of me, excellent service & I will be back!!
Donna McIntosh-Jones,Take five is great. We were there a few weeks ago for an oil change and today noticed one of those dash "idiot" lights on and drove by. Turns out it was low pressure in one or the tires. They filled up and checked the pressure in all the tires Found the one that was probably the one slowly loosing air and didn't charge us a dime!!!. Take five is great. They really take the extra time to be nice. I'll always be going there for both of our cars oil chsnges.
