I received great service getting my oil changed. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little disappointed because you’re not caring mobile oil anymore, but they were able to provide me with a different oil but it’s not as high-quality as the mobile oil. I have no complaints about the business or the employees. They were all great. .
Very good experience. You start out with a bottle of cold water while you wait. They explained the cost and what they were doing and going to do. The one thing I would change, is the 5 minute oil change. It took more like 45 minutes. I don't mind waiting myself for good quality work but the 5 minutes thing needs to go.
I had never heard of Take 5 before, but after hearing a commercial on my way to the dentist, I decided to stop by this location (#0890) right after my appointment. I am so glad I did! Trace and Kyle were incredibly professional from start to finish. Since it was my first time there, I really appreciated how they explained everything they were doing as they went. In addition to the oil change, they also took care of replacing my air filter and cabin filter. The service was quick, transparent, and top-notch. I'll definitely be back!
