Marcial at Take 5 in Niles Ohio was beyond wonderful! He was very transparent and detailed about what they were doing what needed done, explaining the benefits and consequences of certain procedures. I felt 100% confident that I was getting the service that was necessary without feeling pressured with the annoying sales tactics! I will definitely be returning here as long as he's working! This guy needs a raise!

I was pleasantly surprised at how early they open, it's hard to find places on my schedule. The service technicians were polite, friendly and worked well together. They also asked if I needed my differential done, which most places don't ask. Turns out that I had been wanting to do this for some time and forgot about doing it. They also informed me that I had a recall on my car and there are other things we neglect to maintain that can keep our cars running in top form. I am 100% please with the price and service and will be using them for my future oil changes and other maintenance need.

Hi my name is Diana Tomlin and I recently came to take five oil change and when I say these three guys were awesome they were awesome, very friendly very knowledgeable very helpful I would absolutely recommend everyone to go there I hope the company realizes the great employees that they have in these three men. Thanks again guys I know Ryan is one of them I don't remember the other two's name but they were awesome. And to be honest their prices are very reasonable, a lot of their competition is much more expensive. So great customer service and great prices can't beat it

Just went through to get my oil changed and was met with the most pleasant guys! They found my coolant system needed flushed as well. I did not feel pressured into purchasing any add ons and everything was explained very well. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Gavin & Ryan, gave me Top 5 customer service this a.m., explaining everything as they went about working and very compassionate when I started crying because sometimes just taking care of the basic things in life are hard and you need to get filters and things changed that you didn't even know but they made it easy for me and I left with a smile and my car very well taken care of. These two young men deserve a handclap and more than that.
