This was my first time here and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else. James was truly the star of this whole experience. From the ice cold waters, candy for the kids, to going over everything with the most caring details from oil choices, his recommendations, cost breakdown, top off policies and he was even being honest on the filters not needing changed (that everywhere says you need every time). As someone who only knows how to put gas in a car and make it go fast, I did appreciate not feeling like my money was as the only portion that mattered and my vehicle needs were the actual priority. To the GM, owners, I approve this man’s raise and promotion. I am unsure of his ranking in the company but you can tell he outshines most.
The only place I’ll come for service , not only do you get impeccable quality service there professional standards are top tier and not only do you get the A + for excellence you get my vote for customer care but it made my day and I was just thrilled to have had such a nice group of people to service my vehicle I highly recommend them. Such a welcoming staff who know what they are doing but they were so informative GREAT JOB take five staff! Love the energy and professionalism.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon and they were busy as hell. However what you rarely see is a manager coming to support his crew and getting dirty working. The team were very relatable and good people to speak with. They had me in and out and the attention to detail was the best. Did not try and up charge me, I knew the cost before the service and 25% off for military. Will be a returning customer for sure.
