I was disappointed when I saw the name change I was worried they cleaned shop and brought in their own crew. I was pumped when I saw Ricky was still with them. I spent years trying every oil change shop around town and it was always BS, one would take an hour to complete an oil change with an appointment, others would do additional work without asking. The best was when one of them told me they change a dirty air filter that I change prior to going. I told them this and they argued with me. When I asked to see the old air filter they pulled a dirty one out of the trash. It wasn’t until I showed them my Napa box that they took it off. Take 5 was smart to keep him around. I am sure others are thinking the same. Would highly recommend for a quick service with no BS. They will be as transparent as possible and take care of you. Provide quality service and experience, you will continue to have repeat customers. Jiffy was always who I would recommend to ppl, now it will be the Take 5 location next to Roadhouse. Thank you Ricky and your team.
Super friendly and professional didn't try to up sale me it's hard to find honest and mechanical inclined oil change shops for you want done right stop and see these guys you won't regret it I've had a terrible time with other oil change shops jiffy lube destroyed my oil pan had to replace Valvoline put transmission fluid in my engine then tried to lie about it then over filled my engine 3 quarts to many these other shops do not have enough training I
This was my first time coming to take five to get my oil changed and upon arriving the shop manager brought a cold water and immediately greeted me. All of the staff helped each other and was very friendly. They even informed me of a problem with my vehicle and advise me on what to do. I will definitely be coming back here. They always have coupons that I see online
